Personality Conflict
Listen to this Insight

People are strange and beautiful.

It's easy to see the uniqueness in an individual and it's easy to look at the big picture of how everyone is just similar. However, no one is left behind when pain and death comes around. Most aren't left behind as well for things like 'sleeping and waking'. The good and the bad, the poor and the great alive; obviously sleeps and wakes. However life's more complicated than that right.

I have struggled to be human many times because I haven't understood my basic needs and what defines me. Self-awareness has done a great deal. Self-understanding can do great things than you can imagine. Conflict is all around us if we take a look but most start with personality conflicts. People and perspectives, people and culture, people and power/control, people and desires, people and emotions, people and their decisions. There is always tension or brewing tension were there are people. Someone is either disagreeing or someone is controlling. It is important to always recognise a good disagreement and a bad one. A good controlling and a bad one. The difference matters and the difference may just be seconds or a line not to be crossed. Thankfully, people do change which is good for everyone and bad for some.

You won't go wrong being aware and understanding for yourselves and for others around you.
