I HATE MYSELF
"I hate the fact that I have to write this I hate the fact that I self-sabotage the simplest of things I hate that I have to make excuses for my mediocrity I hate that I have to remain stuck in some creative rot I hate that motivation doesn't work for me I hate that pain is winning a battle with my mind I hate that I have to stay blocked for the longest of periods I hate that I cannot be vulnerable I hate that I have to be guarded as possible and it pushes people away I just hate that I cannot even tell who is for me or who isn't, at least with clarity I just hate that I cannot even hate myself or anyone who hurt me Have you ever felt like something in the cosmos is on a rampage that sets you as the classical victim? Well, that's how I have felt for a while now and I honestly don't understand why I am stuck at this point But if you do have any ideas to declutter, you could offer them" These are basically some thoughts that may go through someone's mind who is struggling mentally and is on the verge of giving up It may be your story or someone's Whatever the case, you can do these things 1. Spiritual retreat 2. Find a community of people you can trust and be vulnerable with 3. Take needed breaks(a burnout rewards no one) 4. Focus on what's in front you, in essence, practice gratitude I hope this spoke to someone Just wanted to let out something today Have a great day everyone
